**Immediate danger comes first**
For fire, a medical emergency or an immediate danger to people, call **112**. For an immediate police emergency, call **110**. Urgent technical damage with no danger to people belongs with the local on-call or contractor contact; an ordinary fault belongs in the tenant portal.
