Technical issues, damage & safety

First assess how urgent the situation is. Each card will then take you to the appropriate official or local route.

Immediate danger comes first

For fire, a medical emergency or an immediate danger to people, call 112. For an immediate police emergency, call 110. Urgent technical damage with no danger to people belongs with the local on-call or contractor contact; an ordinary fault belongs in the tenant portal.

03

Make the situation safe first, then use the right reporting route for an outage or fault.

04

Safety & emergencies

First steps for fire, a medical emergency, threats, burglary or danger in the building.
