🗺️ Wohnanlagen auf der Karte
Die folgende Karte zeigt alle Wohnanlagen des Studierendenwerks Hamburg zur räumlichen Orientierung.

- retrieving information the map may contain elements that contain more information, by clicking these a popup will show this information
- fullscreen display using the ⛶ button the map can be maximized to fullscreen display, use the ▢ button to return to page display.
keyboard operation
Keyboard operation becomes available after activating the map using the tab key (the map will show a focus indicator ring).

- retrieving information the map may contain elements that contain more information, using the i key you can activate a cursor that may be moved using the arrow keys, pressing the enter will execute an information retrieval. press the i or the escape key to return to navigation mode
- fullscreen display using the ⛶ button the map can be maximized to fullscreen display, use the ▢ button to return to page display.

📍 Wohnlagen im Überblick
Die Wohnanlagen lassen sich grob nach ihrer Lage unterscheiden:
Zentrale Lagen
Wohnanlagen in zentralen Stadtteilen zeichnen sich häufig aus durch:
- kurze Wege zu Hochschulen
- sehr gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn
- urbanes Umfeld
⚠️ Diese Lagen sind besonders nachgefragt – die Wartezeiten sind oft länger.
Stadtrandnahe Lagen
Wohnanlagen in äußeren Stadtteilen:
- liegen häufig ruhiger
- sind in der Regel gut an den ÖPNV angebunden
- erfordern längere Pendelzeiten zur Hochschule
✔ In randnahen Lagen bestehen oft bessere Chancen, einen Wohnplatz zu erhalten.
🏠 Wohnformen
Je nach Wohnanlage gibt es unterschiedliche Wohnformen, zum Beispiel:
- Einzelzimmer mit gemeinschaftlich genutzter Küche
- WG-Zimmer in kleineren Wohngemeinschaften
- Apartments mit eigener Küche und eigenem Bad
- barrierearme oder barrierefreie Zimmer (nur in ausgewählten Anlagen)
