An extension application or hardship case Submit the official application to Studierendenwerk; HAA and, where applicable, ZA take part in the procedure
Your tenancy agreement, payment or an individual decision Your residence management or the service named in the letter
Technical damage or danger Choose the technical or emergency route by urgency
